Seascale has a beautiful beach with no dog restrictions and a free car park, next to a great ice cream parlour. It's a shame the view to the north can encompass the nuclear site of Sellafield. However, don't let that put you off. This really is a great beach and you can see why the Victorians liked to venture here in the summer.
