Overview

Crosby beach is a great walk. From walking amidst Antony Gormley's statues (which sometimes are fully clothed in the local football team apparel, or Christmas hats, depending on the time of year) to just seeing the skyline of Liverpool from the North, this is a relaxing walk where you will often see many other pooches.

There is a large car park at the north end of the beach, and some of the side streets in the area are free for parking (please note that these are residential streets so due care and attention for parking is required).

There are grassy areas and dunes along the promenade, with bins at fairly regular intervals. Just be aware of the tide as the sea can come straight up to the promenade wall - you could get caught out! Visitors should stay within 50 metres of the promenade.
