Shopping meets eating out
The entire garden centre at Golden Days is dog friendly, meaning you can shop for rose bushes, dog treats, shoes or outdoor equipment, all under one roof with your faithful canine, and they can also go in the eatery. Masserella's Restaurant is your usual sandwiches and hot food fare, with some specials made in the kitchen to order. A tad expensive for what it is, and no treats for your pooch, but it is still somewhere you can relax and enjoy looking at your recently purchased items. The restaurant opening hours may vary from the actual centre opening times.
Mountain Warehouse is just by the entrance to the café and has a place for your pooch to get a drink of water.
The dog section of the garden centre, whilst relatively small, has an excellent pick 'n' mix section of dog treats at an affordable price. Fill your bag up for only 1 price (no weighing scale prices here!).
Water bowls available |
Because your dogs will probably get muddy from Fairy Glen, we'd advise going to the Golden Days Garden Centre first for brunch/lunch and then on for your walk.
